Student Toolkit Challenge

This is my student toolkit challenge and this is what I did during the toolkit session. In session one I did food truck budgets,In session two I did Pick a path and In session three I did Canva. Hope you enjoy what I learnt during the toolkit.  

Say ''No'' To Plastic

This is my persuasive writing about plastic,the reason why I say no to plastic is because it's killing different type of animals. Because people leave plastic and more different types of rubbish lying on the streets. Sometimes they go down the drain and into the ocean where the sea animals can eat it. Or they get strangled by it. Maybe the wind flies the plastic some where and then an animal finds it. Then they eat it because they think that it is food or maybe they might get strangled by it like the sea animals would.

That's why I'm saying no to plastic👍 

Say ''No'' To Plastic

1.Plastic is bad because people around the world leave it on the streets. Then it goes down the drain and goes into the ocean. Then the sea animals eat the plastic or they get strangled by it,like turtles,seals,jellyfish,fish and many more sea animals.

2.Plastic can not just kill animals in the ocean it can also kill different types of animals like wild ones and other animals that people own,like cows,birds,cats,hedgehogs and many more different types of animals.

3.It is bad to leave plastic and different types of rubbish lying on the streets because when there is a storm the plastic or the different types of rubbish can block the drains and it can cause a flood. 

4.The supermarkets have changed there plastic bags into cloth bags because the of the people 

 who just leave their plastic bags lying around on the streets so now everyone has to bring their own shopping bags or they can buy a shopping bag.

(If you see rubbish lying around pick it up and throw it in the bin)

The Hungry Wave

Hi there, this story is about a tsunami. In the begging there is this girl named Anna and she is the 2 oldest out of the 4 of them. She wanted her hair to be braided but her mum put her hair in a high bun and she thought that she looked silly with a high bun. Anna dragged her feet across the sand and that she wished that she never had brothers. During the tsunami she was scared until her older brother Niko saved her and she thanked him but he said don't thank me thank mum for putting your hair in a high bun. Then at the end her and her brother Niko went to the top of the mountain, they put a blanket over them and sat on the mat and then Anna regretted that she wished that she had no brothers. 

 

The meaning behind this story is that always love your family.
